Jeff Gordon – President/CEO & Founder

Jeff started G&D in 2009 and has grown it into the Premier Metal Building Contractor that it is today. With 35+ years of experience in construction, Jeff's knowledge and leadership will ensure that G&D continues to grow and excel.


Paul Dearing – General Superintendent

Paul has been with G&D since day one. He manages all things in the field through site visits and coordination with customers and our team in the field. Paul's hands-on experience is paramount to the planning and execution of our jobs.


Bob Amic – Controller

Bob has also been with G&D since it's inception. Bob provides executive leadership to our finance department and his construction background ensures that we are constantly growing. 


Jeff Florian – Safety Director

Jeff came on in 2017 to head the Safety Department. He works closely with our team in the field, as well as site safety reps to ensure that we are always working in a safe and effective manner. Jeff’s communication with our men has been crucial in making safety a priority.

Jim Gordon – Project Manager

Jim joined G&D in 2018 after working on various construction sites in upstate New York for five years. Jim coordinates with field and management to establish schedules and communicates with our customers to ensure that our jobs stay on track and get completed in a timely fashion.

Elizabeth Beckus – Office Manager

Elizabeth has also been with G&D since it began in 2009. Chances are you’ve talked to her if you’ve called our office. Elizabeth handles all the administrative tasks that come to the office on a daily basis.

Hunter Gordon - Project Manager

Hunter is an Ohio University Graduate who we are excited to have in the office after spending time in the field upon graduation.
